How do I reset my password?
1. Ensure your password is entered correctly
If you are experiencing difficulties logging in, please make sure your password is being entered correctly, and that your Caps Lock (and/or Num Lock on some laptop or portable keyboards) is in the expected state.
Did you know? Entering your password slowly can resolve typing errors you may not otherwise notice?
Toggle password visibility:
You can make your password visible with the eye icon toggle at the end of the password field upon entering it. Please ensure discretion upon the use of this feature.
2. Forgot Password
Should the above not resolve your login issue, please follow the below steps to reset your password:
To reset your password:
2.1. Either Click the "Forgot Password?" Link
or go to https://au.app.io.insure/auth/forgot-password
2.2. Enter your e-mail address used to create your account
2.3. Check your e-mail for a message from no-reply@io.insure and Click "Create New Password"
Please note the message will expire in 3 hours. Should the link expire before you are able to reset your password, please return to the above step 1.
2.4. Enter and confirm your new password
Please note your new password must be different from previously used passwords, and contain:

- At least:
- 10 characters in length
- one special character (@#$%&)
- one number (0123456789)
- one uppercase letter (a-z)
- one lowercase letter (A-Z)

2.5. Click the "Confirm" button. You will be redirected to the logon page.
