How do I Sign-Up?
This article describes how to sign-up to the io.insure platform as an end-user.
There are 2 methods for new users to sign up, either by creating a new account or by e-mail invitation, both covered in this article.
Users will typically create an account on first use. When an M&A project is created (see How to SEMI© - M&A Projects & Requirements explained), required supporting users can be invited; should any supporting user not already have an account on the io.insure platform, they will be created automatically, and invited by e-mail.
Please click on the below scenario that applies to your initial registration on the platform, for step-by-step sign-up instructions:
1. Go to au.app.io.insure
2. Click on Create an account
Enter your details: E-mail, Company, First/Last Name, and click Next
3. Enter a new password and repeat it in the second field
Please use at least:
- 10 characters
- one symbol (@#$&%)
- one number (12345)
- one lowercase letter (a-z)
- one uppercase letter (A-Z)
4. Please make sure to view and accept our Terms of use
5. Press Confirm button
6. Two Factor Authentication
After you confirm the details you provided, you will need to verify your account by entering the authorization code sent to your e-mail.
7. Enter 6 digit code
"Remember this device" Disclaimer:
Please note selecting the “Remember this device” option when entering your security code for two-step authentication will allow subsequent logins without two-step authentication, unless you do not log-in over a period of 30-days or more. This is intended for private computers you trust. If you are accessing io.insure on a public, shared or someone else's device, do not check the "Remember this device" option, so you are challenged with two-factor authentication on each logon attempt in the future.
Please validate your e-mail in step 6. before attempting to Log in. Your account will not be activated until such.
8. Go to your e-mail inbox and open the Welcome to io.insure!" e-mail sent from 'no-reply@io.insure'
Click on Get Started - You will be redirected to the Logon Page.
Once your account is successfully verified you will be redirected to the M&A dashboard - see M&A Dashboard Explained

2. Click on Get Started - This redirects to the account creation page:

3. Enter your First and Last Name, then Click Next
